Weâre looking for a Data Analyst who turns data into decisions.
Youâll work inside cross-functional squads (strategy, design, dev) and help prioritize the roadmap using data, build measurement frameworks and run experimentation that drives measurable outcomes. Expect stakeholder-facing storytelling, deep analysis and hands-on tracking/dashboards.
What Youâll Do
- Own measurement strategy across website + app (KPIs, taxonomy, dashboards, reporting cadence)
- Implement and QA tracking via GA4 + GTM (and Firebase for app, if applicable)
- Build usable reporting in Looker Studio backed by BigQuery (clean, scalable data)
- Conduct deep-dive analysis (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, market/channel/device performance)
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation (hypotheses, success metrics, readouts, next tests)
- Translate findings into strategic recommendations for both internal teams and client stakeholders
- Improve governance: UTM standards, event naming conventions, data quality checks, documentation
What Youâll Bring
- 5+ years in digital analytics / product analytics (web + app preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills with GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Looker Studio
- Solid SQL (required) and comfort working with event-level datasets
- Demonstrated experience running or evaluating A/B tests / experiments
- Strong grasp of funnel analysis, attribution/measurement, and KPI frameworks
- Ability to communicate clearly with product squads and senior stakeholders
- Bonus: Firebase, Amplitude/Mixpanel, dbt, statistics foundations, consent/privacy implications
