The Job
- Regularly visit all designated sites under the scope to ensure compliance and address any security concerns.
- Manage all security operations and personnel within the designated area, ensuring efficient and effective security measures are in place.
- Liaise with the security vendor on all aspects related to personnel assignment, uniforms materials, documents, and other relevant matters.
- Responsible for issuing incident, security breach, and occurrence reports frequently or as required.
- Support operations management during audits that require physical security answers and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security matters in the region, including communication with customer security personnel as needed.
- Ensure that site teams are following state security policies, procedures, and processes.
- Act proactively to solve issues related to the designated area, ensuring a secure environment.
- Lead and mentor security supervisors, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Responsible for the assessment of the security team, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) within the region.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years security experience from private security services, military, or police.
- Security experience from Data Centers, Hospitals or Healthcare will be an advantage.
- Must possess a SIRA Security Supervisor license.
- Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical mindset and focus to drive informed solution considerations and decision making.
- Excellent conflict management and communication skills
- Must have a valid diving license.
