Description:
The Community Manager – Crypto is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online communities across social media and messaging platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter (X), ensuring strong engagement and a positive brand presence.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage and moderate crypto communities across Telegram, Discord, and social media platforms.
- Engage with community members and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor discussions, feedback, and sentiment related to the brand and crypto products.
- Identify and report community insights, trends, and potential reputational risks.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives.
- Organize community activities such as AMA sessions, contests, and live discussions.
- Track community engagement metrics and provide performance insights.
- Ensure communication tone aligns with brand guidelines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
- 5+ years of experience in community management or social media.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and crypto communities.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry trends.
