Senior Microsoft .NET Developer (Full Stack)
Role Summary
Senior .NET developer responsible for building and retrofitting web applications and WinForms solutions across the full stack (UI, API/services, and database). Accountable for performance, quality, security, and integration readiness.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and enhance .NET Web and WinForms applications end-to-end.
· Deliver server-side solutions using ASP.NET / .NET Core, including MVC and Web API patterns.
· Implement and support UI frameworks and third-party controls (e.g., DevExpress for WinForms).
· Drive production-grade engineering practices: exception handling, logging, profiling, and monitoring.
· Build secure integrations with external/internal systems and services.
· Contribute to Agile/DevOps execution: CI/CD, branching, release pipelines, and quality gates.
· Ensure code quality via unit tests, code coverage, and secure coding practices.
· Collaborate effectively with onsite stakeholders and customers; communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs.
Required Skills / Qualifications
· 8+ years overall experience in Microsoft .NET development.
· Hands-on with .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Core / .NET 6+.
· Strong experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, Web API.
· Proficiency in C# (VB.NET acceptable with strong .NET fundamentals).
· Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.
· SQL Server experience (queries, stored procedures, basic performance tuning).
· CI/CD and source control tooling experience (e.g., GitHub, TFS/Azure DevOps).
· Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with onsite and customer stakeholders.
Nice to Have
· Blazor, WCF exposure.
· Experience with scalability, security, and performance engineering.
- · Exposure to developer enablement tools (e.g., Copilot App Migration Agent / Google Code Assist).
