AI Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Developer with strong Python coding skills and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate can take AI models and integrate them into real-world solutions. This is a consulting job and the client is one of the major banks.

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Toronto

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5+ years of professional development experience
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with AI / ML development (model integration, inference, optimization)
• Experience building applications using AI models or APIs
• Solid understanding of data handling and model workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud platforms
• Exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
