This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop and train AI models, including LLMs, to create intelligent agents for various use cases.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement AI solutions for anomaly detection and payments process automation.
- Preprocess and analyze data to ensure model accuracy and performance.
- Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments.
- Contribute to research and development of new AI techniques and technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including natural language processing.
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, Langraph, and others.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, OpenShift).
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and financial services.
