We are hiring an Access Management / Business Systems Analyst to support a high-visibility Capital Markets application.

This role will primarily involve administrative and access management responsibilities, with secondary duties related to Business Systems Analysis, testing, and application support.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong administrative and analytical skills who is interested in growing into a Business Systems Analyst role over time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and vet user access requests for a high-usage internal application
• Validate approvals and ensure requests meet compliance and process requirements
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks for the application
• Monitor reports and ensure requests are completed within deadlines
• Work with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve issues
• Assist with requirement gathering and documentation when needed
• Support testing activities (UAT / BAT) when required
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying improvements and resolving issues
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders
• Support team deliverables during maternity leave coverage

Must Have Skills:

• 2+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst / Application Support / Operations Analyst
• Strong administrative / coordination skills
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel
• University Degree required
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized with strong priority management
• Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience with Access Management / User Provisioning / Entitlements
• Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets experience
• Experience supporting internal applications
• Experience with testing / UAT / system validation
