Job Title – Data Scientist

Period – 8 months

Location – Toronto, ON

Work mode : Hybrid – (3 days)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare/clean datasets for LLM/GenAI training, validation & evaluation
• Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards tracking sales tool performance
• Analyze advisor workflows & generate actionable sales insights
• Support RAG systems & optimize sales processes

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years Data Analyst/Scientist (sales/insurance preferred)
• Strong Python + BI tools proficiency
• Stats/ML basics (regression, clustering, PCA)
• Relational DBs & large dataset experience
• Translate insights to business recommendations
• GenAI/LLM curiosity
