You will run usability tests, adoption pilots and iteration sprints to drive product adoption, efficiency and a consistent user experience across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centred interfaces, interaction patterns and visual systems for the platform (web and applicable web-based tools).
  • Conduct structured usability testing, user interviews and pilot programs; convert findings into prioritized design improvements.
  • Run rapid iteration sprints with product, engineering and business stakeholders to validate and refine features.
  • Create and maintain a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency across products and markets.

  • Produce high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, wireframes and detailed UI specs for hand-off to engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists and client teams to ensure designs are feasible, measurable and adopted in practice.

Document design rationale, accessibility considerations and usability outcomes to support stakeholder buy-in and cross-market rollouts.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years professional experience in UX/UI design, product design or similar roles.
  • Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating interface work, interaction design and end-to-end product flows.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).

  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to produce clear specs for engineering.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions to stakeholders.
