Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web3 Hedge Fund Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the management of Web3-related hedge funds, which includes developing and implementing investment strategies, monitoring fund performance, and managing capital allocations. The role involves staying abreast of trends in blockchain, decentralized finance, and cryptocurrency markets, as well as executing trades and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Web3 Hedge Fund Manager will collaborate with analysts and portfolio managers to optimize investment performance and meet client objectives. Regular reporting and communication with stakeholders will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Investment Management, including knowledge of blockchain and decentralized finance markets
• Strong proficiency in Investments and Trading strategies, particularly with experience in cryptocurrency and digital assets
• Ability to manage Fund Accounting and capital allocation processes
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to identify market opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with risk management principles and regulatory compliance
