What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced and Web3-native leader to take ownership of Arte's ecosystem growth and day-to-day operations. As Head of Web3 Ecosystem & Operations, you will be the driving force behind our expanding team and community — connecting strategy with execution, managing a cross-functional team of developers, traders, auditors, content creators, and partnership managers, and representing Arte at the forefront of the global Web3 scene.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team across smart contract development, DeFi, content, auditing, and events/partnerships — ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum.
• Define and execute Arte's ecosystem growth strategy: partnerships, integrations, community initiatives, and expansion into new Web3 verticals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key players across the Web3 space — protocols, DAOs, NFT platforms, DeFi projects, investors, and creative communities.
• Own the operational infrastructure: workflows, tooling, reporting, and cross-team processes that keep a fast-moving Web3 org running smoothly.
• Identify and close strategic partnership opportunities that amplify Arte's mission and community reach.
• Monitor ecosystem trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to keep Arte ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate closely with the Crypto Oasis leadership team on high-level strategy and community initiatives.
• Opportunity to represent Arte at leading global Web3 events and conferences (Token2049, Devcon, NFT Paris) — travel fully supported by the company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, ecosystem development, business development, or strategic leadership — ideally in Web3, fintech, or tech.
• 3+ years in a management or team leadership role with proven ability to coordinate and grow cross-functional teams.
• Active familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem: demonstrated interest in and understanding of blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, and tokenized assets.
• Proven track record of building partnerships, closing deals, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out on vision while staying hands-on with execution.
• Comfortable operating in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment across global time zones.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with or within DAOs, NFT platforms, or DeFi protocols.
• Multilingual — Arabic, Spanish, French, or other languages are a strong advantage for global outreach.
• Experience leading distributed remote teams across multiple time zones.
