Job Description
Role Mission: This role ensures stable, secure, and efficient network operations for enterprise customers through proactive Day #2 support and Level 2 technical expertise. It focuses on timely incident resolution, maintaining high service availability, and strengthening operational capability across Huawei NCE Campus and other supported platforms. The role also drives continuous improvement and supports overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Role Mission: This role ensures stable, secure, and efficient network operations for enterprise customers through proactive Day #2 support and Level 2 technical expertise. It focuses on timely incident resolution, maintaining high service availability, and strengthening operational capability across Huawei NCE Campus and other supported platforms. The role also drives continuous improvement and supports overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Huawei NCE Campus network infrastructure.
- Ensure timely incident resolution and service restoration for customer environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, configurations, and operational records.
- Collaborate with Day #1, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Project teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, including switching, routing, and wireless issues on Huawei NCE Campus.
- Perform configuration updates, firmware upgrades, and change implementations following ITIL processes.
- Conduct periodic health checks, monitoring, and performance analysis to prevent service disruptions.
- Support integration and interoperability testing with additional platforms (ANTlabs, ClearPass, Silver Peak) where required.
- Provide technical reports, update service tickets, and support customer reviews and operational meetings.
- Background in network operations, managed services, or medium sized campus network environments.
- Minimum 3β5 years of network operations experience with strong knowledge of Huawei NCE Campus (must have).
- Beneficial but optional: ANTlabs, Aruba ClearPass, Silver Peak SD-WAN (training will be provided on evaluation).
- Certifications preferred: Huawei HCIA/HCIP, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in resolving complex network incidents within SLA-driven environments.
- Proven experience managing network operations for medium to large-scale enterprises.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, service management, and vendor teams.
