PMO Lead

To further establish, implement and continuously improve the PMO team we are looking for a PMO Lead.

For more then 130 years Zehnder works on providing our clients with the best and most healthy indoor climates. To create this we develop heating, filtration, cooling and ventilation system of which the latter are mainly developed and produced in Zwolle but also has production locations in among others Italy and Germany

To ensure the Ventilation roadmap is followed, schedules are aligned and progress is being made we have a small PMO team that is working with the teams in Zwolle and other stakeholders throughout mainly Europe. The PMO functions as an independent project body within our Ventilation business (CSY) , located in Zwolle

As a PMO Lead you:

• Provide reporting to middle and higher management
• Are a point of entry for questions about new or current projects.
• Are responsible for the coordination of several heavy department overriding projects. The nature of the projects are variable and can have a broad scope (from development to non-product related projects).
• Understan and maintain long-term staffing needs for projects and coordinating with management
• Motivate and develop the project managers
• Set up a project structure and associated processes and documentation
• Set up and implement a work structure and overall working methods
• Create and maintain overview of the projects

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Experience with and knowledge of project management processes (PRINCE 1, PRINCE 2, stage gates etc.) and associated tools
• Strong pre: experience with APQP and/or IATF16969 standards
• Has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (eg Design for Six Sigma)
• Has a minimum of 8 to 10 years working experience as a project manager within a technical company and extensive experience with stakeholder management
• Completed Bachelor of Applied Science (HBO level) or Academic education (WO level), preferred in a technical direction
• Has strong english language proficiency, German is preferred
• Able to motivate and stimulate employees and own project team under changing circumstances
• Is stress resistant and communicatively strong
• Is solution and goal oriented
