We’re looking for a Middle Product Designer || to join Snoonu and work on sCity. sCity is a complex, multi-surface product. Your role is to shape, improve, and scale the experience — making it clear, reliable, and easy to use for customers and efficient for the teams running events and operations. This is not a single-feature role. You’ll work across surfaces, edge cases, and operational realities. You’ll work with real users, real scale, and real trade-offs.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • sCity customer experience (discovery, browsing, booking, tickets, add-ons)
  • Ticketing flows across the app (purchase, seat selection where applicable, confirmation, access)
  • Event-related workflows in internal tools (setup, management, operational flows)
  • Payment and pricing flows within the sCity journey
  • Improving clarity, consistency, and reliability across customer and internal experiences
  • Iterating on existing systems using data, feedback, and real constraints

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • Own end-to-end design of sCity features and experiences
  • Solve complex, cross-flow problems spanning customer experience and internal tools
  • Improve multi-step journeys, handling edge cases, operational constraints, and scale requirements
  • Pay attention not only to structure and logic, but also to UI clarity, hierarchy, and visual polish
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writer, UX Researcher, and Product Design peers
  • Use analytics, experiments, and feedback to evaluate and iterate on solutions
  • Support design QA and ensure implemented UI matches intended behavior
  • Contribute to shared patterns and raise suggestions to Design System owners when needed
  • This role expects senior-level ownership within a defined product area, with support from the team
  • You have strong product design experience (typically 4-6 years, guidance, not a rule) and are comfortable owning complex features end to end
  • You enjoy working on products with many flows, states, and dependencies — and know how to bring clarity to them
  • You care about UI quality and visual clarity, not just “making it work”
  • You combine solid UX judgment with good UI craft — structure, hierarchy, and polish matter to you
  • You’re confident designing both customer-facing experiences and internal tools
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and making trade-offs when constraints are real
  • You can explain your design decisions clearly and collaborate calmly with cross-functional partners.

✨ Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with ticketing, booking, events, or marketplace-style products
  • Experience working on payment-related or pricing flows

You’ll be joining a multicultural Product Design team of 18+ designers working across customer-facing products, merchant tools, and internal platforms.

Designers are embedded in product teams and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers — solving problems together, not in silos. We care about how we work as much as what we build. We value respectful communication, clear thinking, and curiosity. Feedback is direct but kind. Humor is welcome. This team is a good fit if you enjoy working with thoughtful, emotionally mature people and learning from different perspectives.
