Core Duties 1) Data Entry and Workflow Management

Maintain accurate records and ensure datasets are properly updated and organized.
Track data quality indicators and monitor accuracy across datasets.
Identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing information and resolve issues when possible.
Report recurring data trends or quality concerns to supervisors.
Maintain version control for important datasets to ensure correct documentation history.
Serve as a liaison between the data entry team and requesting departments.
Clarify data requirements with stakeholders when information is incomplete or unclear.
Support collaboration across teams to ensure data requests are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate updates regarding workflow progress or potential delays.
Assist with documenting best practices, workflows, and data entry procedures.
Help train or guide new team members on internal data standards and systems.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation or workflow improvements.
Contribute ideas that help optimize internal data processes.
Ensure backup procedures and data protection practices are followed.

Qualifications Sought
Minimum one year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
