We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our consulting team for a government sector transformation project focused on implementing an Integrated Service Excellence Management System aligned with international standards.

This role is full-time and on-site in Qatar and involves working closely with multiple operational departments and stakeholders to lead the successful delivery of a multi-phase service excellence program.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the project and coordinate with client stakeholders.
  • Manage the project schedule, milestones, resources, and deliverables using MS Project.
  • Coordinate workshops, interviews, and validation sessions across operational departments.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring structured governance and reporting.
  • Oversee deliverable preparation, submission, and acceptance tracking.
  • Ensure readiness for internal audits and external certification activities.


Requirements
  • Around 14 years of experience in service excellence, CX improvement, consulting, or transformation programs.
  • Proven experience supporting ISO-based service excellence or customer experience initiatives such as:
  • ISO 23592:2021
  • ISO 10002:2018
  • ISO 10004:2018
  • Strong experience in service documentation, operational process improvement, and change management.
  • Knowledge of quality management frameworks such as ISO 9001:2015 is considered an advantage.
  • Internal or Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
