This executive role requires a strategic leader with extensive operational experience, strong project delivery expertise, and a proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop operational strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Manage and mentor senior operations staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
