Creatio is seeking a Corporate Visa and Travel Specialist to join our Corporate Travel team within HR Operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate global visa processes and international business travel, ensuring employees can travel and operate globally in a smooth, compliant, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Visa Operations
- Manage end-to-end visa processes, including visa applications, renewals, and closures across multiple jurisdictions
- Handle complex and non-standard visa cases globally
- Liaise directly with embassies, consulates, and visa centers regarding visa applications and requirements
- Monitor visa regulations and immigration policy updates across different countries and assess their impact
- Prepare and review visa documentation and application packages
- Support employees applying for visas outside their country of citizenship
- Maintain internal visa documentation and ensure compliance with immigration requirements
- Organize and coordinate international business travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and travel insurance
- Work with corporate travel booking systems such as Navan or similar platforms
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, rebooking, and travel disruptions
- Optimize travel costs while ensuring efficient travel arrangements
- Support urgent and executive-level travel requests
- Coordinate group travel arrangements for company events, conferences, or business meetings involving employees traveling from multiple countries
- Prepare travel and visa arrangements for groups of employees attending the same international event
- Ensure smooth coordination of travel logistics across multiple locations and time zones
- Provide travel guidance and support to employees before and during international travel
- 3+ years of experience in global visa processing, corporate immigration, or corporate travel coordination
- Proven experience handling multi-country visa cases
- Strong knowledge of US, UK, Australian, Canadian, and Schengen visa frameworks
- Experience interacting directly with embassies, consulates, and visa centers
- Deep understanding of immigration legislation and compliance
- Experience organizing international business travel (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Experience using corporate travel booking systems (Navan or similar)
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational tech environment
- English level B2+ (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience supporting a fast-scaling international tech company or multinational organization
- Experience managing high-volume global visa operations
- Experience coordinating group international travel for events or conferences
- Strong working knowledge of immigration systems in the US, UK, Australia, Schengen Area, Middle East, and LATAM
- Experience supporting executives and C-level travel and visa needs
