About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to own and drive the design of our consumer-facing digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you will lead end-to-end product design across digital touchpoints, shaping intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences used by millions of customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders, acting as a design owner for key product areas while contributing to our global design system and product strategy.

What You'll Do
Product & Experience Leadership
- Lead the design vision for consumer-facing digital experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Own end-to-end design delivery from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity designs and launch
- Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Advocate for user-centered design decisions using research, data, and usability insights
App & Web Design
- Design responsive, production-ready interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms
- Ensure seamless experiences across different devices, screen sizes, and interaction patterns
- Create clear interaction flows, navigation systems, and UI components that scale across the product ecosystem
- Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints while improving usability and efficiency
Design Systems & Quality
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability across platforms and products
- Maintain high visual and interaction quality while balancing speed and delivery
- Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices
Collaboration & Influence
- Partner closely with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and define experience outcomes
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
- Mentor and support other designers, helping raise the overall design bar
What We're Looking For Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product, UX, or digital design with ownership of complex products
- Proven experience designing mobile apps and web interfaces
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams
- Experience designing for international or regional markets is a strong plus Skills
- Strong UX thinking with excellent visual and interaction design craft
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred)
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and usability best practices
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Confident communicator who can influence without authority Portfolio
A strong portfolio demonstrating:
- End-to-end product design thinking
- Mobile and/or web interfaces
- Clear problem framing, process, and impact Nice to Have
- Experience designing for retail, hospitality, fintech, or high-traffic consumer products
- Familiarity with accessibility standards in global markets
- Experience designing products used across multiple regions or markets.
