Senior Mobile Applications Developer

A global solutions provider is currently seeking an enterprise Senior Mobile Applications Developer to be part of a high calibre team revolutionising field based mobile applications that are critical to their customer's success.

This is a hybrid role based in central Leeds, with three days per week onsite.

If you have strong experience delivering .NET MAUI applications and like to mentor Developers this role can offer genuine career progression during an exciting period of growth. You will also gain exposure to React Native.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using .NET MAUI
• Write clean, scalable code and contribute to delivering impactful features
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Participate in code reviews and promote strong engineering standards
• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
• Ensure applications are reliable, high-performing, and production-ready
• Support CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release processes in Azure DevOps
• Share knowledge and support the development of junior team members
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement across the team

Requirements:

• 5 years + experience developing enterprise/B2B mobile applications
• Strong experience with .NET MAUI
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating JSON-based web services
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, ideally within Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and iterative delivery
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Confident communicator who collaborates effectively within cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience using Prism for MVVM, navigation, and dependency injection
• Exposure to Azure services beyond CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools within Visual Studio
• Understanding of mobile application performance optimisation and debugging techniques
