Scrum Master / Delivery Manager – Data & Analytics

Day Rate: £325 per day

A B2B media organisation is seeking a Scrum Master to support delivery across its Data, Analytics & Insight team. This role will facilitate Agile delivery across data platform, analytics, and reporting initiatives while ensuring effective collaboration between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will help drive the delivery of data engineering, BI, and analytics projects, ensuring teams operate efficiently and continuously improve their delivery practices.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support delivery of data platform, analytics, and BI initiatives
• Manage project timelines, delivery plans, and cross-team dependencies
• Remove blockers impacting data engineering and analytics teams
• Act as the liaison between Product Owners, data teams, and business stakeholders
• Track delivery progress using Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting
• Identify risks and ensure effective mitigation across data and technology projects
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices

Key experience

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager
• Experience supporting data, analytics, or technology delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and SDLC
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery workflows
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional delivery in fast-paced environments
