Senior PMO Analyst
Location: Reading or Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 if UK based)

We’re looking for a skilled Senior PMO Analyst to join our portfolio team and play a key role in driving high‑quality delivery governance across a suite of programmes. Sitting at the portfolio level, you’ll work closely with the Portfolio Lead to ensure consistent standards, effective reporting, and best‑practice PMO support across all initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Portfolio Lead with portfolio‑wide governance, reporting, and oversight.
- Ensuring programmes follow consistent delivery standards, frameworks, and best practice.
- Coordinating portfolio‑level reporting, RAID management, planning cycles, and status updates.
- Providing high‑quality PMO support to programme teams, helping them maintain structure and delivery discipline.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, templates, and ways of working across the portfolio.
- Acting as a central point of coordination across multiple programmes, ensuring alignment and visibility.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience as a PMO Analyst or Senior PMO Analyst.
- Strong understanding of core PMO disciplines such as governance, reporting, planning, RAID management, and change control.
- Experience supporting large programmes or multi‑workstream initiatives.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders, providing clear, structured support.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to best practice.
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
