We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant (Integration) to join our Perth team.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across delivery, consulting and technical problem-solving.

In this role, you’ll:

• Design, build and support scalable integration and software solutions
• Work across full stack development, system integrations and cloud-based platforms
• Help shape solution architecture and technical delivery across client and internal projects
• Use Azure DevOps / CI/CD tools to support efficient build, testing and deployment
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes
• Mentor junior developers and consultants, helping lift capability across the team
• Contribute to Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and delivery collaboration
• Support pre-sales activity including demos, proposals, technical input and solution design
• Identify opportunities to improve solutions, add value for clients and support new business growth
• Stay across emerging technology trends, including AI, automation and modern integration tools

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

You’ll likely bring:

• Solid experience in software development, integration or solution delivery, ideally in a senior role
• Strong experience across full stack development and modern web technologies
• Strong skills in PHP, plus solid capability in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience working with MySQL or MSSQL
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD and deployment tools
• A strong understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery
• Experience mentoring others and contributing to strong technical standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple priorities
• Great communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

It’d be great if you also have experience with:

• C# or Python
• Frameworks such as Laravel, Angular or Vue
• API development and system integrations
• Test automation and building test suites
• Product roadmap or product-led development
• AI integrations or automation solutions
• Pre-sales or client-facing consulting
• Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS or Agile
