Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team! As part of the role you will provide advisory services across a broad range of human resource matters, including but not limited to:

  • General employment conditions and employee matters
  • Recruitment
  • Medical Case matters
  • Performance management coaching
  • Payroll issues
  • Job analysis; and
  • Workforce planning


Your work extends beyond your immediate role, contributing to a more connected, accessible and inclusive Queensland and we'll rely on you to support the HRBP team in maintaining positive employee relations by assisting with employee entitlements, performance management, and compliance matters.
