What You’ll Do:


Within our Cybersecurity and Privacy team, you will be pivotal in enhancing our clients’ digital defences. Your goal is to fortify our clients' security posture with well-designed, implemented, and governed cybersecurity strategies. With a focus on building digital trust, you'll manage comprehensive cybersecurity programs, employing your deep knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, SOCI, Essential 8, and cutting-edge concepts like zero trust security.


As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work with a large range of Australian and international businesses across varying sectors. You will also work with some exciting emerging technologies, and methodologies to help our clients transform and succeed. As a key member of the Cybersecurity and Privacy team, your key responsibilities include:



  • Conduct detailed cybersecurity evaluations to identify potential risks.
  • Devise and apply stringent security protocols in line with top-tier industry benchmarks.
  • Advise clients on cutting-edge data protection methods and proactive threat countermeasures.
  • Work hand-in-hand with IT departments to seamlessly integrate advanced security solutions.
  • Educate clients to bolster their awareness and resilience against cyber threats.
  • Delivering professional and highly valued technology consulting services to our clients.
  • Overseeing the management of client engagements, (including day-to-day management of engagements, risk assessments, budgeting, client reporting etc).
  • Provide advisory and expertise on privacy frameworks, standards, and technology.
  • Support Senior Leaders in the planning, fieldwork execution, reviewing, and reporting stages of larger and complex client engagements.
  • Learn client needs to become a trusted advisor.



What We’re Seeking:


  • A minimum of four years' experience in industry or consulting roles.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of articulating business strengths and weaknesses while offering constructive solutions.
  • Proven ability to nurture effective client relationships.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Proven ability to learn on the job, work both independently and as part of a team, and show strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • An in depth understanding of the following areas (strongly preferred):
  • Information security frameworks and standards such as ISO27001, NIST, CIS, PCIDSS, SOC2 etc.
  • Certifications and qualifications in the following (strongly desired):
  • CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCAK, CCSK
  • Project management qualifications in CSM, SAFe, PMP, Prince2, Agile
  • Certifications in line with the areas of expertise
