National Key Account Manager- Institutional
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Key Account Manager to join our national team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across hospital and specialty channels, with a strong focus on IVF clinics, fertility specialists, and hospital pharmacy departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Submit and maintain public and private tenders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including fertility specialists, specialists, hospital pharmacists, and procurement teams.
- Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate usage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in specialty or hospital channels.
- IVF or fertility product experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
