Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CEO Manage travel arrangements and detailed itineraries Prepare, track, and organize expense reports Coordinate meetings, calendars, and appointments Support daily operational and backend administrative tasks Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting C‑level leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1+ required) Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools and systems Strong attention to detail and follow‑through Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Nice to Have
Experience supporting executives or senior leadership Background across diverse industries (home care experience NOT required)
