You will join a large, international materials and technology organization operating in an industrial, sustainability‑driven context. With a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence, data and analytics play a central role in enabling value‑driven insights across the organization. They also form the foundation for advanced analytics and (Gen)AI initiatives that support both business and IT decision‑making.

Your Role

• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and data models
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and BI developers
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Support development follow-up, testing, and quality assurance
• Assist with UAT preparation and execution
• Create and maintain clear documentation and training materials

Your Skills

• Master’s degree in information technology sciences, , data analytics/AI or economy, with a proven successful experience in system analyst, business analyst or comparable roles
• Experience with data mesh and data product thinking is a plus
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You have a mature, assertive and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders
• You are a team player with strong communication skills, especially listening skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way
• You are customer oriented, skilled in facilitating and leading cross-functional discussions
• You are structured, result driven & focused on delivering quality
• You are organized to plan your work considering business priorities
• Proactive attitude in identifying opportunities for improvement
• Interest in and exposure to industrial activities, processes and technology is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data lake and PowerBI is a plus
• You are fluent in English
