As an HR Talent Specialist, you are a key member of the Bellerose HR team. You actively contribute to building our teams, with a strong focus on retail, and take ownership of recruitment, onboarding and learning & development.
You work closely with store managers and head office teams, acting as an approachable and trusted partner across the organisation.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- You manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our retail profiles: sales specialists, assistant store managers and store managers.
- You write and publish job openings on the appropriate channels and platforms.
- You screen candidates, conduct interviews and guide them throughout the selection process.
- You support and advise store managers in their recruitment needs when required.
- You also recruit various profiles for the head office.
- You are responsible for the recruitment of interns within the organisation.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- You welcome new colleagues at head office and ensure a warm and structured onboarding on their first day.
- You organise biannual onboarding days for our retail teams at head office.
- You safeguard a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the organisation.
- You act as a listening ear and an accessible point of contact for colleagues.
Learning & Development
- You develop learning paths and content for the online learning platform for our store teams.
- You coordinate biannual product and collection training sessions to the retail teams.
- You guide head office colleagues towards suitable internal and external training opportunities.
HR initiatives & wellbeing
- You coordinate various HR initiatives such as bike leasing and first aid training.
- You actively contribute to initiatives around employee wellbeing, development and retention.
Your profile

- You have a background in fashion and feel a genuine affinity with the Bellerose DNA.

- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
