About the Role

As a Project Manager, you play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering projects in a structured and efficient way. You bring order to complex environments, align stakeholders and ensure that teams can move toward clear, shared objectives. Depending on the assignment, you may take on responsibilities from classical Project Management, PMO or Product Owner roles.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate project activities and support end‑to‑end delivery.
• Assist or lead the creation of project plans, roadmaps and schedules.
• Manage project scope, risks, timelines and dependencies.
• Facilitate refinement sessions, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI updates for management.
• Support or lead resource planning, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Ensure clear communication between business, IT and all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, scope and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and the ability to present information clearly to different audiences.
• Experience with backlog management, user stories or sprint planning is a plus.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously.
• Fluency in Dutch; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
