Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value regulated clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Act as the primary strategic contact for assigned key partners and ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, operational structure, and strategic priorities.
- Proactively monitor client performance and satisfaction, identifying potential risks, issues, or growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (compliance, operations, product, support, etc.) to ensure smooth client operations and timely resolution of requests.
- Handle complex client requests, escalations, and sensitive issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain regular communication with partners through scheduled meetings and strategic discussions.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen cooperation and expand the partnership where relevant.
- Prepare regular internal reports and updates for management regarding client status, risks, and opportunities.
- Support internal teams with insights related to key clients and contribute to improving service processes.
- Work independently and take full ownership of assigned client relationships.
- Perform other duties in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the Employer.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success roles.
- Significant experience working with B2B clients, preferably in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Strong ability to manage high-value or strategically important clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage complex client situations and resolve escalations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strategic thinking and ability to understand clients’ long-term business needs.
- High level of responsibility and ownership.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
