In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Ensure holistic oversight of ESG data governance within Baltic Banking (data sourcing, data validation process, etc.)
- Consolidate sustainability‑related IT and data requirements across Baltic Banking and translate them into clear, structured IT development needs
- Coordinate alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Group functions to ensure efficient and timely execution of sustainability initiatives
- Monitor ongoing development activities and contribute to implementing the Baltic Sustainability Strategy and Roadmap
- Support integration of sustainability aspects into key banking processes
- University degree in the field of sustainability, risk, business, economics, finance or data science and information systems
- Proven experience in business analysis, including collecting, structuring, and translating business requirements into IT development needs
- Understanding of banking processes (credit, product, risk, operations) and how sustainability impacts them
- Awareness of the EU Sustainable Finance landscape (EU Green Deal, EBA Guidelines, ECB supervisory expectations, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, Pillar 3, etc.) is considered an advantage
- Understanding of ESG risks (physical and transition) or credit risks is considered an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate the tasks across countries and functions
- Excellence in written and oral communication, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in English for cooperation with Group and Baltic colleagues and at least one of the Baltic languages (both written and spoken)
