This is a strategic growth role. We are investing in expanding our customer base, and you will be at the forefront of that journey - opening new strategic accounts, building executive-level relationships, and driving net-new revenue.
You own the full sales cycle end-to-end: from identifying high-potential targets and engaging C-level decision-makers to leading complex, consultative solution sales and closing competitive deals. This role requires commercial courage, persistence, and the ability to create momentum where none exists yet.
You thrive in value-based sales and know how to turn business challenges into measurable impact. Working closely with our Advisory, delivery and partner ecosystem, you orchestrate compelling solutions that transform customers’ digital business.
To succeed in this role, you combine sharp commercial instinct with strong personal presence. You are confident in executive dialogue, able to challenge and inspire customers, and comfortable bringing your own personality into the sales process in a way that builds credibility and trust. You are not waiting for opportunities - you create them.
We are looking for a senior professional with a proven track record of winning new logos, operating at decision-maker level, and consistently hitting targets in competitive markets.

- Minimum of 5+ years of successful B2B IT consulting or solution sales experience
- Proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding sales targets
- Strong capability in consultative, ROI-driven sales at mid-market and enterprise level
- Experience in Digital Commerce (eCommerce, portal solutions, product information management, digital services etc)
- Experience in navigating complex B2B buying processes
- Knowledge of digital business in manufacturing and/or retail & wholesale (advantage)
- Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
