At Alma Media Solutions we combine strong media brands, data and technology to create digital advertising products that help companies reach the right audiences and build more effective marketing. Alma’s digital network reaches over 3.2 million people in Finland every week.
We are now looking for a Product Manager to develop and grow our digital advertising products.
In this role you will work at the intersection of product development, technology and business, building digital advertising products that combine media, data and advertising technology. As a Product Manager you will identify opportunities, shape product direction and bring new products from idea to market focusing on solutions that create value for both customers and the business.
This is a hands-on role where you guide development teams, prioritize the most valuable outcomes and help drive product development forward. You will have real ownership of product direction and prioritization and work in a modern product environment where discovery, experimentation and data guide product decisions. Depending on your experience, the role can be shaped as a Product Manager or Junior Product Manager with the scope evolving partly based on your strengths and interests.
What You’ll Do
- develop digital advertising products from discovery to delivery
- define product direction and roadmap together with business and technology stakeholders
- lead product development in collaboration with engineering and data teams
- help development teams focus on the most valuable outcomes
- ensure products deliver value for customers and support business growth
- collaborate with sales and commercial teams to successfully launch and grow products

- understanding of business development and productization

- digital advertising, adtech or marketing technology
- experience working with media platforms, marketplaces, SaaS or other digital products
