Frontend Engineer

【Condition】

• Probation Period: 3 months
• Salary :￥4.5M-10M
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Holidays: Complete two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays
• Leave: Summer vacation, New Year's vacation, and other types of leave
• Overtime: Available (fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours, additional payment for overtime beyond that)

【Job description】

The UX engineer role, which is the position currently being recruited for, primarily involves implementation design and implementation tasks. However, in the future, this position will evolve into a technical consultant role involved in projects. Working with clients, internal UX designers, designers, and members from overseas offices, the engineer will design and build the necessary components from a technical perspective to realize the ideal experience envisioned by the entire team.

・Japanese (N3 or above)

Additionally, one of the following languages must be spoken at a business level:

・Indonesian

・Thai

・Malay

・Vietnamese

② [Required Experience]

・At least 3 years of development experience at a production company

・Interest in service design or UX/UI design

Languages: TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS (using SCSS/PostCSS)

Libraries: React/Vue.js/VanillaJS

Development Environment: npm/Yarn, Webpack/NextJS, Lint tools (ESLint, Stylelint, Prettier), CI/CD tools (Github Actions, CircleCI, Netlify, AWScodedeploy), Storybook, Github

[Preferred Qualifications]

・Experience in direct client communication

・Experience in developing large-scale web systems and services

・Experience in web front-end, mobile app, or back-end development

・Experience leading discussions on requirement realization and technology selection

・Experience explaining feasibility or architecture to clients

・Project experience abroad
