As we expand our digital asset operations, we are looking for an experienced OTC Crypto Broker to join our global team. This role is ideal for a professional who understands cryptocurrency markets, OTC trading dynamics, and client relationship management. You will work directly with institutional and high-net-worth clients, executing large crypto transactions and helping grow our OTC desk.

This is a fully remote position open to professionals based in France.

• Source, develop, and manage relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients interested in cryptocurrency trading.
• Facilitate and execute over-the-counter (OTC) crypto transactions, ensuring efficient price discovery and trade execution.
• Provide market insights and trading opportunities across major digital assets including BTC, ETH, and other high-liquidity tokens.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, exchanges, and internal trading teams to ensure optimal pricing and execution.
• Monitor cryptocurrency market movements, liquidity conditions, and regulatory developments.
• Maintain accurate records of trades, client interactions, and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams including compliance, operations, and treasury to ensure smooth settlement and risk management.
• Contribute to the growth and strategy of the company’s OTC trading desk.

• Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, brokerage, or OTC desk operations.
• Strong understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity dynamics, and execution strategies.
• Established network of crypto traders, funds, HNWIs, or institutional clients is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple clients and transactions.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.

• Competitive annual salary: €95,000 – €115,000
