Role Description

This is a remote, part-time equity based role for the Head of Engineering. The individual in this role will oversee and guide the engineering team's operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and alignment with the company’s vision. Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, leading technical projects, and refining engineering strategies and processes. The Head of Engineering will ensure scalability, performance, and innovation across the company’s technologies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Team Management, Team Leadership, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Engineering Management and Project Management to oversee technical projects from conception to execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development, including coding practices, architectural design, and system scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with remote team management and distributed work environments is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects and leading multi-functional engineering teams.
