LSS Project Services is seeking an NFT Drop Operations Specialist to coordinate operational processes related to NFT drops and mint campaigns across blockchain platforms.
This role focuses on monitoring mint readiness, managing allowlist verification and supporting operational coordination during NFT launch events.
This is NOT a performance marketing / trading role.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate operational preparation for NFT drop launches
• Monitor mint page readiness before launch events
• Manage allowlist and whitelist verification processes
• Track mint participation and operational metrics
• Maintain documentation related to NFT drop operations
• Monitor blockchain activity during NFT mint campaigns
• Identify operational issues during NFT launch events
Requirements
• Experience participating in NFT mint campaigns or drops
• Understanding of mint pages and allowlist workflows
• Familiarity with NFT launch mechanics
• Ability to coordinate operational communication during launch events
• Strong operational attention to detail
• Ability to work independently within CET time zone
• Professional fluency in English

Compensation
Base Salary: 120,000–170,000 USD per year
Token Allocation: Optional
Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to launch coordination accuracy and operational reliability
