LSS Project Services is seeking a DeFi Operations Specialist to support operational monitoring of decentralized finance protocols and yield strategies across blockchain ecosystems.
This role focuses on monitoring DeFi protocol activity, tracking liquidity movements and maintaining structured reporting related to DeFi strategy performance.
This is NOT a paid acquisition / PR role.
Responsibilities
• Monitor DeFi protocol activity across supported platforms
• Track liquidity movements across lending and staking protocols
• Maintain reporting related to DeFi strategy performance
• Review protocol updates and governance changes
• Monitor yield performance across DeFi ecosystems
• Identify inconsistencies in DeFi protocol activity
• Maintain documentation related to DeFi operational processes
Requirements
• Experience interacting with DeFi protocols
• Understanding of liquidity pools, lending or staking mechanisms
• Familiarity with DeFi strategies and protocol risk basics
• Ability to monitor protocol activity and yield metrics
• Strong analytical attention to detail
• Ability to work independently within CET time zone
• Professional fluency in English

Compensation
Base Salary: 125,000–175,000 USD per year
Token Allocation: Optional
- Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to operational monitoring and DeFi strategy performance
