About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, supporting product owners, and driving high-performing Agile teams. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in Agile coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum framework to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain and refine the product backlog.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Promote a collaborative, transparent, and self‑organizing team culture.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
- Support estimation, task breakdown, and sprint prioritization activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
- Provide Agile coaching to team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, governance, and delivery standards.
- Report sprint metrics and performance KPIs to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable plans.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good‑to‑Have:
- Scrum Master Certification: CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent.
- Experience in complex IT projects such as digital platforms, modernization, cloud, or data.
- Exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
- Experience working in distributed/global team environments.
