Play a key role in delivering process optimisation and automation initiatives across the EMEA Expense CoE. This role offers the opportunity to lead high‑impact projects, streamline workflows, and develop technical automation solutions within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Contract Details
- Contract Length: 3 months (with visibility to extend)
- Daily Rate: €700 per day
- Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid – up to three times per week on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic process improvement projects.
- Assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised processes.
- Build and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
- Create custom technical solutions using VBA, Python, or similar coding languages.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable technical plans and hands‑on execution.
Key Requirements
- Experience in business systems analysis and project management.
- Strong proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience in coding for automation (VBA, Python, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed technical levels.
