Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop embedded software for medical equipment, including dialysis devices and peripheral equipment for both domestic and international markets.
  • Create applications with graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and perform coding and verification tasks.
  • Design, code, and verify sensor and motor operation algorithms.
  • Analyze communication and security requirements, develop specifications, and perform coding and verification tasks.
  • Design and verify CPU and middleware software.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in developing embedded software using C/ C++ programming language
  • Proficient in developing functions and controlling pumps and sensors with signals from microcontrollers.
  • Business level Japanese(JLPT N3+) and English
  • Knowledge on GUI development, Sensor and Motor control algorithm development
  • Comprehensive experience in the entire software development process, from specification review to design, debugging, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge on communication protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems
  • Demonstrated ability to write requirements, unit verification, and system verification documents.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude, with a collaborative approach to development.
