Role: Senior Project Manager (Fit Out)
Location: North County Dublin
Vickerstock are working with a specialist consultancy based in North County Dublin to recruit a Senior Project Manager
About the Company:
A specialist consultancy working on luxury hospitality fit-out projects across Ireland and the UK. This company works with household names, and world-renowned establishments to create bespoke interiors.
Your new role as Senior Project Manager:
- Work closely with Design and Site Teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Manage a portfolio of high-end projects end-to-end
- Management of project timelines, budgets and materials
- Take part in design team meetings, client meetings and site walkarounds
- Review site quality regularly and perform inspections
- Logistics Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior members of staff
What you'll need to be successful:
- 8+ years experience managing fit-out projects
- Degree-qualified or working experience within a related industry
- Qualifications in Project & Construction Management are desirable
- Experience in supply chain management
- Safe Pass
- Experience using software such as Procore
- Full driving licence
- Ability to travel to visit sites across Ireland & NI
- Full Right to Work in both Ireland and the UK
