SELTIN GROUP è una società di consulenza per il mondo Automotive / Aerospace / Logistica.
Per importante commessa nel settore automotive siamo alla ricerca di un/una Project Manager IT con background tecnico, preferibilmente con esperienza su soluzioni Microsoft 365 ed Exchange Online, da inserire in progetti di trasformazione digitale e modern workplace.
IL RUOLO
La risorsa guiderà progetti IT end-to-end, con particolare riferimento a iniziative in ambito Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), collaborando con stakeholder di business, team tecnici interni e partner esterni.
COSA FARAI
- Gestirai progetti IT dalla fase di analisi al rilascio
- Coordinerai team tecnici e fornitori su tutti i progetti
- Tradurrai i requisiti di business in soluzioni tecniche efficaci
- Pianificherai attività, milestone e KPI
- Monitorerai avanzamento, rischi e dipendenze di progetto
- Curerai comunicazione e reporting verso stakeholder interni ed esterni
- Supporterai attività di migrazione, adozione e change management
CHI STIAMO CERCANDO
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica/Gestionale o affini
- 3–5 anni di esperienza come Project Manager IT o Technical PM
- Background tecnico solido
- Conoscenza dell’ecosistema Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Esperienza con metodologie Agile/Scrum e/o Waterfall
- Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e di problem solving
PLUS
- Esperienza in migrazioni a Exchange Online
- Conoscenza di Azure AD / Entra ID e sicurezza
- Certificazione di Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum)
- Esperienza in contesti enterprise o consulenza IT
