About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration, Finance & Control Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be critical in managing and optimizing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support for the company’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen interest in the digital asset market.

About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration, Finance & Control Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be critical in managing and optimizing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support for the company’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen interest in the digital asset market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insightful reporting to CFO and support decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management.
- Oversee salary and payroll management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper financial documentation and compliance.
- Help monitor the company’s budget, perform cost analysis, and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of financial control systems and processes.
- Work closely external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Assist in managing the company's financial data within our digital asset platforms and tools.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, administration, or accounting (preferably in investment banking, buy-side financial institutions, banking).
- Strong understanding of financial control systems, reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Passion for digital assets and the blockchain industry (preferred, not required).
