We are a backend team at Tele2 group delivering critical services for the organization. We process all real-time events from our customer facing frontends like orders, payments, signings and other customer activities. This is a centralized multi brands and multi country solution and we are a backend team with a broad responsibility.

- are an experienced Java Developer with approximately 7 years of relevant experience building robust, scalable systems, and mastering ownership of complex cross-functional deliveries;
- possess a proven ability to take significant ownership of complex cross-functional deliveries;
- demonstrated interest and hands-on experience in applying AI and automation tools to optimize workflows, enhance engineering productivity, or improve business outcomes;
- understand the big picture and willing to learn, ready to walk the extra mile to ensure a high-quality product;
- are open, proactive and are not afraid to take your own initiative;
- have excellent collaboration and communication skills in English;
- have solid experience with:
- Java (ideally Java 21) and Spring Boot
- REST APIs, Apache Kafka
- Maven
- Docker, Kubernetes
- MongoDB
- Bonus, if you manage:
- ReactJS, NodeJS, Typescript, or other relevant frontend technologies
- design, develop, and maintain backend solutions that power our sales processes and streamline order fulfilment. This involves leading strategic projects, ensuring stability, and optimizing performance across the entire software development lifecycle. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on our business;
- drive technical initiatives and design with a strong focus on quality and performance;
- thrive in an agile environment where the team shares responsibility;
