In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Maintain a holistic view of ongoing sustainability initiatives across Private and Corporate segments to support the growth of sustainable business
- Oversee Swedbank’s own sustainability practices and transition initiatives, ensuring transparency, alignment, and progress towards targets
- Maintain oversight of supporting external programs in sustainability area offered by EU and local institutions
- Provide input and guidance to strategic planning processes on sustainability‑related aspects and coordinate competence development on sustainability‑linked business opportunities and risks
- Drive execution of the Sustainability Strategy, contribute to roadmap implementation, and support integration of sustainability into relevant business processes
- University degree in the field of sustainability, law, risk management, business, economics, finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, area manager, or in a similar coordination role
- Experience managing cross‑functional projects; international or cross‑border project management experience is a strong advantage
- Strong competence in the EU Sustainable Finance regulatory landscape (EU Green Deal, EBA Guidelines, ECB supervisory expectations, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, Pillar 3, etc.) is considered an advantage
- Understanding of ESG risks (physical and transition) or credit risks
- Understanding of banking processes (credit, product, risk, operations) and how sustainability impacts them
- Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment, manage multiple parallel tasks and projects
- Excellence in written and oral communication, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in English for cooperation with Group and Baltic colleagues and at least one of the Baltic languages (both written and spoken)
