We are looking for an IT Project Manager whose experience in IT project management and strong cross functional communication skills will help us execute projects with clarity, speed, and measurable business impact.

You will work at the intersection of technology, data, and business growth. Your core responsibilities will include:

🔹 Analytical work with customer/product-service data and preparation of data driven reports and insights to support decisions;

🔹 Collaboration with developers and other departments to successfully deliver IT projects end to end;

🔹 Ensuring clear communication between tech teams and other departments by aligning requirements, priorities, and constraints with actionable plans;

🔹 Initiating and coordinating partnership and business growth projects, driving alignment and ownership across stakeholders.

Job description:

🔹 Manage new and existing IT projects by setting priorities, planning scope and timelines, assessing risks and opportunities, and resolving issues quickly to keep delivery on track;

🔹 Maintain a strategic product owner mindset by overseeing the portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure alignment with long term business goals;

🔹 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring realistic execution and accountability;

🔹 Create and improve processes and procedures to support smooth operations and predictable delivery;

🔹 Actively communicate with internal teams (including marketing and customer support) and external suppliers, applying critical thinking and structured problem solving;

🔹 Lead projects and initiatives to meet company objectives, including business growth and partnership related workstreams;

🔹 Ensure project and product documentation is complete, up to date, and actionable. Handle necessary administrative coordination;

🔹 Provide regular updates and reports on project status, outcomes, and risks. Manage change requests and stakeholder expectations;

🔹 Foster strong collaboration and a healthy team environment;

🔹 Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams arrive at clear decisions.

We expect you to have:

🔹 At least 2 years of experience in IT project management environment;

🔹 A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Hands on technical background is a strong advantage;

🔹 Strong organizational skills and excellent time management;

🔹 Good understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira;

🔹 Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions and executable tasks;

🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively;

🔹 Strong problem solving and decision making skills;

🔹 Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with data, metrics, and reporting;

🔹 Experience coordinating marketing or business development projects is a strong advantage;

🔹 Result oriented mindset and ownership mentality;

🔹 Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
