We are now seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Project Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Lithuanian market.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support existing customers, identify new project opportunities, and promote Oras solutions to key stakeholders. You will work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful sales outcomes and long-term partnerships.
You:
- Perform active sales work with existing and potential project customers
- Negotiate with project customers and prepare offers based on their needs, selecting the most suitable Oras Group products
- Conduct telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to both existing and prospective customers
- Advise customers on delivery schedules and provide after-sales service
- Monitor the market situation and competitors, gathering information on pricing, products, new launches, delivery schedules, and more
- Maintain and update your professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and developing appropriate solutions
- Carry out other projects and tasks assigned separately
To be successful in this role, you’ll have the following:
- Experience in B2B or project sales, ideally in a technical, construction, or building solutions environment. Experience in specifying sanitary ware equipment would be a significant advantage
- University degree from relevant field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Proactive and independent working style combined with strong problem-solving skills, including good excel skills
- Good understanding of the Lithuanian market and customer needs
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
- Driving license, willingness and ability to travel regularly within Lithuania

The gross salary in this position is 3000-4800 EUR/month, based on qualifications and relevant experience. Company car is provided in this role.
