We are looking for a Head\Senior Business Development Manager to join an international innovative IT product company and iGaming platform provider, part of a global investment holding, dedicated to developing advanced deep-tech solutions for the iGaming industry, which is a part of the investment holding.

The company develops and delivers a full-cycle Casino & Sportsbook solution (fiat & crypto), and provides operational, marketing, and licensing support.

The product – modular iGaming platform (18,000+ games)

Main markets – Global focus; Tier 1–3 markets (EU, LATAM, Africa, Asia).

Company size: 90+ employees

Company departments: Sales, Legal, Operation and Marketing, Technical

Office/work mode: Offices in Armenia, Dubai, Cyprus; fully remote;

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in iGaming (platform/sportsbook / turnkey solutions)
  • Proven sales experience in one or several markets: EU, LATAM, Africa, Asia (crypto-focused GEOs)
  • Experience in designing and implementing a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to analyze markets and competitors, identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Track record of successfully managing the sales cycle from planning to closure
  • The existing network of operators or decision-makers is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and resilience, combined with ownership mindset
  • English – B2+
  • Russian - C2



Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and expand market share in the iGaming industry
  • Delivering the complete B2B sales process: from prospecting to deal closure
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining accounts after closing
  • Expanding presence in priority regions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaboration with cross teams to deliver client needs
  • Represent the company at major industry events (ICE, SBC, SiGMA, iGB, etc.)
  • Representing the brand in online and offline business activities
